If you need a birth certificate, you can visit any of our offices listed below. Birth certificates are available at all Vital Statistics sites for the years 1917 to present for anyone born in the State of Florida.
Hillsborough County Death certificates are available ONLY at the University Area Community Health Center for the years 2010 to present.

The CDC has provided a web site for
those who want direct access to individual State and territory
information. To use this valuable tool, you must first determine
the State or area where the birth, death, marriage, or divorce
occurred, then click on that State or area.

FOREIGN BORN AMERICAN BIRTH AND DEATH RECORD INFORMATION
Persons in need of a copy of a foreign birth or death record should contact the Embassy or the nearest Consulate in the U.S. of the country in which the birth or death occurred. Addresses and telephone numbers for these offices are listed in the U.S. Department of State Publication 7846, Foreign Consular offices in the United States.
