Case Management Services
Metropolitan Charities has a variety of programs to serve people
living with HIV and AIDS. Case management services under Florida
Medicaid's "Project AIDS Care" program can be provided.
The case manager can help the client with receiving benefits (Medicaid,
SSI, DDS, food stamps, etc.) and access funds and services available
through the Ryan White CARE Act and other sources. Case management
can help connect clients to medical care, medications, housing
and other resources.
