IMMUNIZATION
TASK FORCE OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY
A coalition of community partners whose goal is
to raise immunization rates in Hillsborough County, particularly
in the under 2 year old population.
This group of interested community agencies and
individuals meet on a regular basis to plan activities, share
information, and develop strategies to educate the citizens of
Hillsborough County about the importance of immunizations.
This group currently includes health care providers, hospitals,
pharmaceutical representatives, local philanthropic groups, child
advocacy groups, school representatives, and many others. Any
interested group or individual is welcomed and may attend any
meeting.
The ITF provides public speakers. If your group
is interested in reserving a speaker that can provide information
about vaccines, immunizations, vaccine-preventable diseases or
