SCHOOL OUTREACH PROGRAM
Hillsborough
County Health Department provides in-school immunizations for
middle school children. These special clinics are scheduled by
the school nurse at each school and requires the parents or legal
guardian to sign forms granting approval for children to receive
immunizations at school.
GREAT DEAL!
This saves parents time off from work and waiting at clinics
or
doctor's offices. Let your child's school nurse know you'd like
a clinic at school.
*Remember to keep a copy of your child's immunization record.
This information will be a valuable resource throughout their
lives. This is required information for all schools, daycare centers
and colleges. Many workplaces also request the information.
